A good test engineer test gap and missing and also think the customer perception what is required by the client , and deliver the best quality for client which is desired.to make the cooperative relationship with developers ,make a good communication bridge with technical and nontechnical both .if he have the previous experience in software development than he can understand deeply and rapidly software development process with the due to of knowledge of SDP , An appreciation is given to developer for him point of view by tester.
